High-Level Platform Brings Together Government, Academia, Industry, and Associations

 
On May 22, the “Smart Gathering in Lin’an, Science Driving a New Journey” — Zhejiang Merchants “Science & Innovation Future” Technology and Industry Integration Exchange Meeting, along with the main event for National Science and Technology Workers’ Day, was held in Lin’an. The event was hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, co-organized by the Hangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, Hangzhou Association for Science and Technology, and Zhejiang A&F University, and organized by the Lin’an District Federation of Industry and Commerce and Lin’an District Association for Science and Technology. More than 100 representatives from government, academia, industry, and associations gathered to discuss new pathways for deep integration between technological innovation and industrial development.

Project Spotlight: Collaborative Intelligent Cleaning Workstation

This partnership focuses on the R&D and industrialization of a “Collaborative Intelligent Laboratory Vessel Cleaning Workstation.” The project will:

• Integrate IoT sensing technology to enable coordinated scheduling of multiple cleaning units
• Implement adaptive cleaning algorithms that automatically select cleaning cycles based on vessel type and contamination level
• Develop remote monitoring and data traceability systems to meet GLP/GMP compliance requirements
• Build an annual production capacity of 100+ units to replace imported high-end laboratory glassware washers

The two parties will leverage XPZ’s manufacturing and market strengths in the laboratory cleaning equipment field, combined with the research capabilities of the Information Engineering College of Hangzhou Dianzi University in industrial automation and human-machine interaction. Together, they aim to solve critical technological bottlenecks (“chokepoint” technologies) and deliver a truly unmanned, standardized, and traceable laboratory glassware cleaning solution. This collaboration advances XPZ’s corporate mission: to make cleaning work a happier experience.
